You grant energyHub the rights detailed in the Terms of Service to offer, market, and otherwise exploit your Submitted Content. This includes the right to add captions or otherwise modify Submitted Content to ensure accessibility. You also authorize energyHub to sublicense these rights to your Submitted Content to third parties, including to students directly.
You have the right to remove all or any portion of your Submitted Content from the website at any time. However, rights given to students before the Submitted Content's removal will continue in accordance with the terms of those licenses (including any grants of lifelong access).

You agree that energyHub will retain the above rights unless you remove your Submitted Content from the website.
All course prices at energyHub website are specified in single currency: U.S. Dollars (USD).
You will have an option to specify full course price for professionals, as well as discounted course price for users currently enrolled in undergraduate and graduate studies at the universities. In order to be eligible for student discount users will need to pass verification and share photo of the current student ID with the energyHub support. You may opt not to offer student discount by setting both full and discounted prices the same.
You can not offer your Submitted Content for free at energyHub platform. Minimum full price setting is USD 80 and minimum discounted price setting is USD 50.

If a student purchases a product or service in a country that requires energyHub to remit goods and services taxes (GST), value added taxes (VAT), or other similar transaction taxes ("Transaction Taxes"), under applicable law, we will collect and remit those Transaction Taxes to the competent tax authorities for those sales. We will increase the sale price presented to students to account for such taxes by the applicable tax rate.
When a student purchases your Submitted Content, we calculate the gross amount of the sale as the amount actually paid by the student ("Gross Amount"). From this, we subtract fee charged by payment service provider and any Transaction Taxes (GST or VAT) to calculate the net amount of the sale ("Net Amount").
The instructor’s payout for a given course sale will be course Revenue Share times the Net Amount.
Platform generates special course link that includes instructor’s referrer ID. Instructors can use this link with their referrer ID to promote their course using their promotion channels. If student buys the course using the link that contains instructor’s referrer ID, instructor’s revenue share for such sale is 95% of Net Amount. energyHub will only charge 5% video hosting fee.
energyHub will also promote courses published on the platform. If sale was generated via energyHub’s promotion channels (without instructor’s referrer ID), then instructor’s revenue share is 85% of Net Amount, energyHub will take 15% course marketing and hosting fee.
energyHub makes all instructor payments in U.S. Dollars (USD). energyHub is not responsible for your foreign currency conversion fees, wiring fees, or any other processing fees that you may incur. Your revenue report will show all fees, and taxes from Gross Amount paid by student to payout amount that was sent to you.
You acknowledge and agree that students have the right to receive a refund, as detailed in the Terms of Service. Instructors will not receive any revenue from transactions for which a refund has been granted under the Terms of Service.
The instructor payout for a given sale will be processed after the refund period for that sale has expired. Before 30 days refund period has expired, sale will be reported in the instructor report under “Within Refund Period” category.
In order to minimize international funds transfer fees for the instructors, payouts will be processed once every two months, during month of January, March, May, July, September, and November (for sales for which refund period has expired by 1st of that month).
For us to pay you in a timely manner, you must provide us with your PayPal or bank account details. Account name should match the account name on energyHub website. For security, we need to receive your bank account details from email that you used to register on our platform.
You understand and agree that you are ultimately responsible for any taxes on your personal income.
As an instructor, you are responsible for determining whether you are eligible to be paid by an Australian company. We reserve the right not to pay out funds in the event of identified fraud, violations of intellectual property rights, or other violations of the law.
If we cannot settle funds into your payment account after the period of time set forth by your country, or other government authority in its unclaimed property laws, we may process the funds due to you in accordance with our legal obligations, including by submitting those funds to the appropriate government authority as required by law.
To delete your account, send request from your account email to support@energyhub.academy.
